Quite nose heavy now.

Dat 4-wheel steering though.

I think youve got yourself a basket case here

There's an egg and basket joke in here somewhere.

I really don't understand why more American grocery stores don't have carts with four casters.

Are you actually using all of these eggs?

Get some duck eggs.

More stable at speed. American buggies are built for straight line performance more than handling. Our aisles and stores are larger so there's less demand for smaller and more nimble carts.

I was thinking understeering and fragile. Breaking at any moment and it'll be a complicated mess to fix.

They will never be able to enjoy drifting through a corner while shopping. Yes I try to take racing lane when changing alleys.

Plus you can't deny this shit is fresh as hell:

Hahaha I do that all the time

It will be pretty cheap to fix though.

I drift around every corner and I always quickly accelerate through corners with my shopping carts. Definitely my favorite part of food shopping!

If you can't drift a 2-wheel steering shopping cart then son, you can't drift a shopping cart. Build up a bit of speed, make sure you have some weight on the nose, then hop on the rear crossbar thingy and sling your ass out. The back end will slide and the fronts will steer to correct. Or somethign like that. I once got kicked out of a meijer in indianapolis when shopping for indy 500 snacks for pulling an epic drift in the beef section.

Are those all single dozen containers? Your area may be different, but I know they have the 18-egg and 30-egg containers at my grocery store. Or Costco with the 5 dozen containers. Certainly cheaper that way usually!

Eventually, yes. My mum loves to bake and we eat quite a few boiled eggs for breakfast.

Yep, they are. I used to see larger boxes when I lived back in Ireland, but not so much now. I have no idea why.

I'm going to assume everyone else here drifts and power slides their carts around the aisles. Have to find that sweet spot between smooth drift and when the wheels start to skip. And yes I also hop on the back of the cart and ride it down the parking lot.

Wait, are you currently in Hong Kong? Don't they have egg loaves or something weird like that? I might be thinking of Japan, but I know that one of them has weird foot-long egg things. Not that those would be any cheaper, but you know.

Fair enough. Thought you were just shopping for one person and I was thinking "wow that's a lot of eggs"
![]() 02/09/2015 at 09:28 |

Must be Japan, I've never seen egg loafs/logs in my five years here.

Ahh, makes sense anyway. If anything weird exists, it's probably Japanese.

My gf gets mad when I drift the cart

Putting all of your eggs in one basket eh?
